ProConSol is a BEE (Black Economic Empowered) compliant South African founded business. We certainly understand economic and social obligations as a business. We agree with a notion of sustainable, broad-based and transparent approach to BEE. We embrace BBBEE (Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment) as a supplement approach to contribute towards growth of South Africa economy.
We certainly enter into Joint Ventures (JVs) for deals that are enormous or require multiple skill sets that we don’t have in-house. Our approach to such deals we enter into JVs or consortiums with both BEE and Non-BEE alliances. To our Non-BEE compliant JV partners we recommend that they offer skills transfer and gradually assess possibility of engaging with SMMEs with a view of taking steps towards BEE through subcontracting and so on. |
