ProConSol ICT Solutions offers Information Technologies Assessments for various types of organizations in private and public sectors respectively.
Our review begins with the analysis of the Information Technology (IT) department plan. We assess whether the IT plan is coordinated with the overall strategic business direction of the company or organisation. We establish whether IT resources and systems are properly positioned to meet the strategic business goals of the organization as a whole. Furthermore, our review then assesses the state of existing systems and current development projects. We view these with an eye toward modern technology trends. Additionally, we review the background and training of IT staff members to determine whether they have kept pace with advancements in IT systems and development techniques, not forgetting the End-User Training needs. |

Existing systems are often evaluated at the client’s request to establish if they continue to effectively support the business process for which they were designed. System maintenance activities and user consultation usually provide additional insight into determining the effectiveness of existing computer applications. Communication networks in operation are also evaluated from the same perspective. Importance is placed upon evaluating the ability of operations personnel to effectively plan, monitor, maintain, and upgrade these facilities.
